WP Duty is a product of Devbion LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms cover your use of WP Duty. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
WP Duty is an AI assistant for WordPress: you describe what you want, and it helps carry it out on the sites you connect. You must be at least 16, keep your login details secure, and you're responsible for activity on your account. Only connect sites you're allowed to manage.
Please use WP Duty responsibly. Don't use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, work on sites you don't have permission to manage, or try to disrupt or misuse the service.
You keep ownership of your content and your sites. By using WP Duty, you authorize it to make the changes you request. WP Duty can undo many changes, but undo is best effort and is not a replacement for your own backups — please keep your own backups of anything important.
WP Duty uses AI, and AI results can sometimes be wrong or unexpected. Please review changes before relying on them. You're responsible for the actions you approve.
WP Duty and its software and branding belong to Devbion LLC. We give you permission to use the service under these Terms; you may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it except as your plan allows.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Devbion LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using the service anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or to protect the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above.
